X-rays & Advanced Imaging

At Wiki Wiki Orthopedics, we prioritize efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing orthopedic injuries. That’s why we have an X-ray machine right in our office, allowing for quick evaluation and diagnosis. Our state-of-the-art X-ray machine utilizes low radiation technology to produce high-quality images of various orthopedic injuries.

During your appointment, we can promptly take X-rays of injuries to the clavicle, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, finger, hip, femur, knee, tib/fib, ankle, and foot. These X-rays are then promptly reviewed by our providers, enabling us to provide you with an efficient diagnosis.

In some cases, additional imaging such as a CT or MRI may be necessary for a deeper understanding of your injury. CT scans are particularly useful for detailed measurements of fractures, while MRIs are valuable for diagnosing soft tissue injuries and evaluating ligaments, cartilage, menisci, labrums, intervertebral discs, nerves, and other structures. If needed, we can quickly refer you to our neighboring imaging facility for a CT or MRI scan.
